I recently received my ESL Certification through Oxford Seminars and I am so excited to begin my teaching career here at Copland. I have been traveling the world since I was ten years old and have been to Mexico, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, and have spent most of my time traveling to Peru. I love to learn about different cultures and use my experiences in traveling overseas to appreciate where my students have come from. Incorporating different teaching styles in the classroom is very important to me, such as music, technology, hands on activities and conversation. I look forward to learning from my students while teaching them in return. |

Bethany Page, ESL InstructorBethany Page became TESOL certified through Oxford Seminars in the Fall of 2008 and began teaching ESL shortly after in January 2009. She loves learning about other cultures, thus teaching ESL has been a wonderful experience because she is able to learn from her students as they learn from her.
She graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems & Spanish minor. Bethany enjoys the finer details in life, spending time with family and friends, trees, and technology because it is constantly advancing. She is passionate about traveling and has traveled to places like Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, and Spain (where she studied Spanish at the University of Valencia through a study abroad program). She looks forward to meeting and getting to know all future Copland students!
